Refund & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days (CST) from the date of receipt. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Please first contact us via email at jzgoodss@126.com to initiate the process.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days (CST) of delivery.
3. All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required.
4. A tracked shipping method must be used for all returns/exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
1. Sale/discounted items are final and cannot be refunded.
2. Damage or loss caused by the customer is not eligible for a refund.
General Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
- Email us at jzgoodss@126.com with your order number.
- If the item is defective, include clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days (CST).
2. Ship the Item Back:
- If approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refund or Exchange:
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days (CST).
- If approved, a replacement (for exchanges) or refund will be issued.
Return Charges
1. Seller’s Responsibility (e.g., wrong item, defect):
- Full refund, including return shipping costs.
2. Buyer’s Responsibility (e.g., wrong size, change of mind):
- Customer covers return shipping fees.
3. No restocking fees apply to eligible returns.
Refunds
1. Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days (CST) in the same currency.
2. If you do not receive the refund within this period:
- Check with your bank or card issuer first (processing times may vary).

Order Cancellations
1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase (if payment is completed but the item has not shipped). A full refund will be issued.
2. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Thank you for your understanding!
